Driven by our values to help make a better world, Root Financial, launched several social entrepreneurship services and projects for our clients and community, including:
1) Volunteering
Provided accounting, business development and mentoring services to members of Represented Foundation, which offers support and training to founders of color in the social impact space.
2) Organizational design
Developed a business modeling and process renewal program with the leadership of an international creative agency to better align its internal goal setting, employee revenue-sharing and donation matching efforts.
3) Business modeling
Root’s management worked with the founder of a new social enterprise that provides impact design and strategy services to hone the company's business model and proactively address changes and opportunities in the marketplace. This social enterprise business modeling clarified a new pricing structure, service offerings, team development and scale, as well as client acquisition strategy, greatly benefiting the company.
4) Education
As part of our commitment to a better world, the Root Financial team is proud to announce it has partnered with thoughts leaders and training providers to co-produce an online Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) to its clients, networks and community members in the late spring of 2021.
